Placing an order on-line may put off some people - especially when ordering a customized wheelchair. Please feel free to email questions or call our customer care consultant. If we don't know the answer to your question, we will find it. We want to be sure what you are ordering is what you want and need. After answering all questions and clarifying your order specifications we will place the order with the manufacturer. You will be charged for all custom made products (wheelchairs, handcycles, etc.) at that time.

Exchange of unopened packs must be accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. However there will be no exchange for medicine.
Product is Defective
- We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available) or refund.
- If you would like to return an item to Tetra Aid Pte. Ltd., just contact our Customer Care at 6899 3008 during office hours or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from the date we delivered your purchase.
- Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and be unused including any documentation, and must be in new, resalable condition.
All approved exchange or return is strictly upon our company's discretion and must be handed personally by the Buyer and must be on its original packaging. Returns which are not made in accordance with the foregoing will not be accepted by Tetra Aid Pte. Ltd and Buyer will be responsible for any price differences.
Open urological products, shower and bath products, wheelchairs or customized wheelchairs, wheelchair cushions, handcycles, transfer boards, and other medical supplies (E.g. nutritional feeds, fridge items, stocking, brace supports, shoes) are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to items eligible for return. This applies to items such as non-stocked items, wheelchairs, wheelchair parts, and cushions.
